Alt Name: North Shotwick. Opened: 1917. Status in 1944: RAF. 43 Grp. Maintenance. Current use: Gliding. Remarks: 19 EFTS and 24 EFTS. Airfield north of the railway line now an industrial estate. Operations take place from the grass field south of the railway.
