The story

On 1940-09-11, Pilot J A Paterson (Flight Lieutenant, RAF) with an unknown servicenumber, flew a Spitfire I with serial K6613 for this duty: Patrol. His mission was not completed. Circumstances of the aircraft loss: Crash landed?. This aircraft was a part of squadron no. 92. The location for the map is the English Channel. Circumstances at the end of this mission for Paterson: he was injured. There is no commemoration location known.
