Alt Name: --. Opened: 1941. Status in 1944: RAF. No.8 SLG. MSU. Current use: Agriculture. Remarks: Opened June 1941 for use by Silloth. More work done on aircraft at this site than at the many other such SLG's, Mustangs in particular were modified here. Closed in August 1945. Now returned to the estate associated with Lord Inglewood - nothing to be seen on ground.
