Pilot Officer C W A Manning - Lancaster DV168 - 17 August 1943

In Miami, Florida at Woodlawn Cemetery are the graves of 12-14 young men, all passing between Aug 29 and Sept 15, 1942, all of the HMS Saker II, including Sub-Lieutenant Geoffrey Statham, who died Aug 29, 1942 at age 22. I found them by accident and wanted to know more about the ship and how they perished. Know that their tombs are well maintained, as should befit heroes.
