53rd (Welsh) Infantry Division (UK) capturing Weeze

Operations in the Rhineland resumed on February 24th, and 53rd Infantry Division carried out the offensive in direction of Geldern. It ran up against solids enemy defenses in Hohendorf, managed to circumvent them and capture Weeze the following day.
