Flight of Boston III W8350 and Sergeant V W McCabie on 1942-08-16
On 1942-08-16, Pilot, navigator or other duty? V W McCabie (Sergeant, RAF) with an unknown servicenumber, flew a Boston III with serial W8350 for this duty: Intruder. His mission was not completed. Circumstances of the aircraft loss are unknown. This aircraft was a part of squadron no. 418. The location for the map is the English Channel. Circumstances at the end of this mission for McCabie: he was killed. There is no commemoration location known.
