I would like to know if anyone has any information on LT CMDR Leo F. Crowley. I am his grandaughter and an officer in the United State's Army bearing our family name. He was a reserve officer, Sea Bee, civil engineer, from Detroit, Mi. I am not sure of his unit but I am positive that he was on Normandy- Omaha Beach. I believe his unit was mixed somewhere with the 25th NCR. He was in Plymouth England before the invasion. Also, he received the Navy Maringe Corps medal for his efforts.
